Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Tickets
All ticket purchases are final. We understand that plans can change, but due to the logistics and planning involved in hosting our event, we are unable to offer refunds for tickets purchased. However, we do provide a 24-hour grace period after your purchase during which you can request a full refund. This grace period is designed to accommodate any immediate changes in circumstances following your ticket purchase.
24-Hour Grace Period
If you need to request a refund, please do so within 24 hours of your ticket purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer service team at info@blacktaxfest.com . Please include your order number and purchase details to expedite the process. After the 24-hour grace period, tickets cannot be refunded.
Ticket Transfer Policy
Fully Transferable Tickets
We understand that circumstances may prevent you from attending Black Tax Fest. While we are unable to provide refunds after the 24-hour grace period, we offer the flexibility to transfer your ticket to another individual. Tickets are fully transferable up to the day of the event.
How to Transfer Your Ticket
To transfer your ticket, please contact our customer service team with the full name, email address, and any other required information of the individual to whom you are transferring your ticket. It is important to ensure that all transferred tickets are accompanied by a confirmation from our team to validate the transfer.
No Additional Fees for Transfers
There are no additional fees for transferring your ticket to another individual. However, please note that ticket transfers are subject to the approval of the Black Tax Fest team to ensure compliance with event policies and regulations.
